Check Order Status
You can check the status of all your LIVE WEB STORES orders online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Go to Login at the top of any page enter your email address and password, click on “My Account”, from here click on “Orders” then click on the order # you wish to check the status on.
There is a 1-2 day normal handling time for items currently in stock. Handling time is the time needed to select and package your item for pick up by the carrier (Fed-X). Please allow 7-10 days for delivery. A longer handling time generally indicates that an item will need to be special ordered (you will be notified of this in advance).
We accept Discover, Master Card, Visa, American Express and PayPal. Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed.
Sales tax is not charged on orders that are shipping to an address outside of the state of Illinois. If you are shipping KACELIA, LLC merchandise to an address within Illinois you will be charged the current Illinois sales tax rate for lake county, Illinois. If the address is outside of Illinois the customer is responsible for paying the sales tax to their own tax jurisdiction.

If you receive a coupon code and you would like to redeem it, add the items that you’d like to purchase to your cart and then begin the checkout process.
