- Contact us at [email protected] with your reason for returning.
- Get an approval for return and the shipping address to return the product. (we will not guarantee refund on orders returned without approval or shipped to our warehouse)
- Send the items back to us in the original packaging to the address you were provided with approval.
- Make sure merchandise is in the same condition with the original tags attached
- Prepare the package, attach a shipping label, include your contact information
- Ship through your local shipping service
- You will receive your credit for the cost of the product (less $20 outgoing shipping charges) as soon as we’ve processed the return (usually within 24-48 hours of receiving the package)
- We’ll send an email letting you know that your return has been processed.
