Shipping Policy

Shipping fee is a flat rate of $30/Tru Align for anywhere in the US. There is a 2-3 day normal handling time for items currently in stock. Handling time is the time needed to select and package your item for pick up by the carrier (Fed-X). Please allow 7-10 days for delivery. A longer handling time generally indicates that an item will need to be special ordered (you will be notified of this in advance).

Return Instructions

  • Contact us at admin@kacelia.com include the following information:

    • Full name, address and telephone number

    • Date of purchase

    • Place of purchase (Event, Website, Mall, Other)

    • Reason for return

 

A member of Kacelia LLC will be in contact with you within 1 business day to provide you with return address.

Once you hear back from Kacelia LLC at admin@kacelia.com:

  • Send the items back to us in the original packaging

  • Make sure merchandise is in the same condition with the original tags attached

  • Prepare the package, attach a shipping label, include your contact information

  • Ship through your local shipping service

  • You will receive your credit for the cost of the product (less $30 for outgoing shipping charges) as soon as we’ve processed the return (usually within 24-48 hours of receiving the package)

  • We’ll send an email letting you know that your return has been processed.
